Deposit funds and add liquidity to a pool to earn additional trading fees on their idle funds.
Firstly, access the liquidity page by clicking on "Liquidity" in the main navigation bar.
Your records will be empty, so click on the "Add" button.
On the new pop-up, select any two available assets you'd like to add liquidity for from the dropdown selection. Let's use $MNT and USDC as an example, and the corresponding pool in question would be the $MNT-USDC liquidity pool.
On the next section, you will see that the most popular trading fee tiers have been pre-selected, with other options available as well. Based on the tier selected, the final price range will be made visible for you. Please note we recommend that you select the suggested fee tier, but if the suggested fee tier is not suitable for you, you can also manually select the fee tier based on the other options mentioned, as demonstrated below.
If you prefer to customize a fee tier, click on “More”, and choose the desired fee tier as displayed.
Then, make sure you review and confirm the price range with the display as seen below in the chart, which can be found to the right of your screen. Different levels of liquidity across the prices ranges are available for your viewing. To view more details within the chart, trying zooming in and out, or dragging your mouse along the x-axis.
Adjust prices by:
Dragging the left and right handles at the top
Clicking on the '+' and '-' buttons on both sides of the prices provided
Clicking on the price amount fields to enter a customized price manually
You can also customize liquidity provision to the whole price range by clicking on the “Full Range” button.
Customize how much you'd like to deposit into the pool by clicking on “Deposit Amount”. The other corresponding price field will be calculated accordingly and filled automatically.
You will not be able to proceed if you have insufficient balance to make your stated deposit. Please re-fill the quantity field with an amount lower than your stated balance, or use the "MAX" button to automatically select all of your remaining balance.
You will need to enable USDT if you're making this deposit for the first time by clicking on the button highlighted below. Then, your wallet will send you a request to confirm the action, and you may only proceed after confirmation. You will have to repeat this action more than once if you add liquidity against tokens other than ETH.
Once the above has been completed you will be able to access the “Add” button for you to continue with your transaction.
Preview your liquidity position and overall transaction details in the next pop-up. Once you have confirmed all items on the pop-up, click “Add” again to proceed.
Please note that you will have to authorize the transaction via your wallet.
And there you go! Your new liquidity position is now confirmed and is viewable from the “My Liquidity” page — check its details by clicking on the position.
Unlike the above example, you will need to have positions on the Liquidity page for you to proceed with removing liquidity.
Select the position you'd like to remove from under “My Liquidity" , click on the position into the detail page, and then click on “Remove" to kickstart the process.
A new window will appear, and all you need to do is use the buttons or slider to select how much liquidity you'd like to remove if you would like to proceed with partial removal only. Choose “MAX” to remove all of your liquidity from this trading pair.
Confirm and proceed to the next step after clicking on the "Remove" button.
You will then be informed of the total amount of tokens you will receive from the removal of your position, partial or otherwise. Click on “Remove” again and follow instructions sent from your wallet to proceed to the next step.
After the transaction is confirmed, you will receive both token assets involved in the selected liquidity pool, and in this case, for $MNT and USDT. If you haven't removed all of your liquidity, you may check on the details of your remaining liquidity value on the liquidity page.
